REFUND POLICY

Arkine Design intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer by sending an email requesting a return authorization within 72 working hours of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used. Arkine Design reserves the right to request product images to be returned to customers. From the return authorization, the customer is required to use fast shipping to make it, as the package must arrive at our office within 10 days, otherwise we will not accept the collection and the package will return to the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

To send one or more returns to Arkine Design, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:
A) – All items for sale on the Arkine Design website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment by means of a disposable security seal with the Arkine Design logo. The garment must eventually be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the guarantee seal. The return will be accepted only with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with relative thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. Under no circumstances will returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with be accepted.
B) – The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) – The garments must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packed and packaged appropriately.
D) – All the other labels of the garment, both in fabric and pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) – The goods to be returned must be delivered no later than 10 working days from the return authorization
F) – The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or article, must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the Arkine Design website.
Arkine Design reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter’s expense.

G) We do not accept the return of goods purchased in promotional periods or with a discount code. The goods can only be replaced for the same or higher amount.

H) Any defects in the items must be reported promptly within 72 working hours from receipt of the & rsquo; order.

Return of Return

A) – To request authorization to return or exchange, the Customer must send a request to the address info@www.arkinedesign.com within 72 working hours of receiving the goods. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, Arkine Design customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.

B) – The shipping price will be paid by the customer.

Shipping is at the Customer’s risk and peril: Arkine Design is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same manner and type of the same.
All returned garments will be inspected by Arkine Design staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Arkine Design reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

C) In the event that a return request is made, it will be effective upon our authorization, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be borne by the customer.

The amount will be deducted from the final refund. If the customer chooses to receive a credit, he will receive a code that can be used for another order and in this case the amount will be the same as the returned items.

D) In ​​the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by www.arkinedesign.com, it is required to follow the same instructions above riportate. www.arkinedesign.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.

E) Swimwear and underwear (bikini, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns of these items will be refused and shipped to the customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.

F) Returns authorized by www.arkinedesign.com must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.

Return Procedure

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer.

Refunds and Vouchers

All returned products are inspected by www.arkinedesign.com and must comply with the parameters listed in the return procedure.
Customers are invited to return each product including all original labels, packaging and accessories received together with the order. Customers are invited to return all accessories included in their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way.

Returns received after the contractual terms could be accepted at the discretion of www.arkinedesign.com and could be refunded exclusively as credit at our e-store. For products purchased as gifts, the same regulations as for the right of withdrawal referred to in point 4.1 apply.
